I have the right to refuse a commission.

Delivery time varies depending on the personal schedule, complexity of commission, revisions, and current workload.

Clients must provide a deadline if needed. There is an additional cost for priority or rushed deadlines that are within a realistic timeframe.

Both visual references and written descriptions are preferred.

The finished commission is sent in a digital format only.

The artist reserves the right to share work-in-progress images in my social media and portfolio unless there is a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Clients may request work-in-progress updates while I am working on the commission.

The client is not permitted to sell or use my commissions for N F T, c r y p t o, or A I learning and generation software.

Payment will be in USD and sent through Paypal invoices, Stripe invoices, or another agreed payment method.

An invoice is usually sent shortly prior to working on the commission.

Listed prices serve as a base and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the commission.

Small edits will not have an additional fee. Large changes or edits made after the sketch or WIP approval will be subject to additional fees. It is the client's responsibility to review sketches and WIP updates.

Payment plans for large or multiple commissions can be discussed, but full payment must be sent before sending deliverables.

Not Started. A full refund will only be allowed if I have not started working on the commission.

Partial. A partial refund may be offered if the commission is still in the early stages.

If the artist cannot finish the commission for whatever reason, the client will be offered a delay or refund of the commission.

If the client demands a refund or money is charged back, you will be blacklisted from future commissions. As well as warn peers and other artists about this behavior.

If you need to cancel a commission you must immediately contact the artist. DO NOT issue a chargeback.

As the artist, I retain copyrights to the artwork and may use the finished commissions for social media or portfolio examples, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Client can not claim full credit for the artwork's creation.

Clients must visibly credit and link the relevant social media account(s) when posting commissioned work.

Clients can not edit, trace, distribute, modify, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their work unless agreed upon (see commercial use).

Clients can not share files with others unless agreed to (such as with riggers, stream asset artists, etc.).

Any personal or business information of the client and artist can not be disclosed to the public by either parties.

If the client requests the commission to be private there will be a privacy fee.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement will need to be confirmed during the beginning discussions of the commission.

I will not post WIPs online or through other methods such as livestreaming the process.

However, if the client posts the commission publicly it is assumed that the NDA will no longer be in effect and I will be allowed to post online.

Individualized quotes will be calculated after discussing and reviewing the type of commission and its intended use.

Commercial commission costs will vary depending on how much the commission is the project's focus.

Payment plans are allowed for commercial commissions but must be discussed beforehand.

Commercial commissions include but are not limited to merchandise, promotional material, or anything that the commission is going to be used to make a profit, or on a monetized website such as Twitch, YouTube, etc.

We can discuss if there is a Commercial Commission that is not listed.
